What The Sapphire Pool & Dayclub (SPDC) Privacy Policy Covers
- This Privacy Policy covers SPDC treatment of personally identifiable information that SPDC collects when you are on the SPDC site, and when you use SPDC services. This policy also covers SPDC treatment of any personally identifiable information that SPDC business partners share with SPDC or that SPDC may collect on a partner’s site.
- This policy does not apply to the practices of companies that SPDC does not own or control, or to people that SPDC does not employ or manage.
Information Collection and Use

SPDC Promotion
- Most promotions that are hosted or co-sponsored by SPDC don’t require you to be a SPDC registered user.
Information Collection and Use Practices
- When you enter a promotion, sweepstakes, or contest hosted by SPDC or sponsored by SPDC and/or our many partners, we ask for your name, address, and email address.
- You may be asked to provide additional information or to answer certain questions, some of which may be optional, in order to participate.
