What The Sapphire Pool & Dayclub Terms and Conditions Cover

You must be 21 years old to purchase concierge services from Sapphire Pool & Dayclub in Las Vegas and will be asked to present a valid picture I.D. at the venues selected in the package. Individual venues may impose other restrictions. Reservations made at venues for holiday; event and convention periods may also be subject to special restrictions and/or may be made unavailable and could possibly be non-refundable.

Select venues have strict dress codes. Consult your Sapphire Pool & Dayclub sales coordinator or host for details. Desscode is best described as Upscale Swimwear. Please arrive on time at the designated meeting area determined by your host. Showing up more than 15 minutes late for a day club reservation, limo transportation, Las Vegas cabana party, dinner reservation, show time, or other activity could result in the forfeiture of your reservation.

Refunds can be requested up to 7 days prior to the event. Reservations cancelled within 7 days of the reservation date are subject to a 25% cancellation fee. Cancellations within 48 hours of your event date will forfeit the availability of a refund. Groups denied access for dress code and/or excessive intoxication will not be eligible for a refund. Management reserves all rights.

No club personnel is authorized to grant a refund of any kind. All sales inquiries must be handled by Sapphire Sales Coordinator in writing. You may contact a Sapphire Sales Coordinator Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm PST. 702.869.0003

Should the original purchasing party cancel within 48 hours or less Sapphire Pool & Dayclub will issue a credit for the purchase amount good for your next visit (up to 1 year). Credit is transferable to a 3rd party. Should a transfer be required both parties must contact a Sapphire Pool & Dayclub vip coordinator to confirm. A transfer agreement will be emailed to the original purchasing party with details. All materials must be signed, dated and faxed by 48 hours prior to new party date.

The data and services provided by Sapphirepoollv.com are provided “as is.” Sapphire Pool & Dayclub does not warrant the accuracy, completeness or fitness for particular purpose of any of the data or services, and to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, disclaims all implied warranties in connection with such data or services.

The laws of the state of Nevada shall govern this agreement, and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts in Clark County, Nevada, in all contingencies and disputes arising from your use of this site. If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be unenforceable, such provision shall still be enforced to the fullest extent of applicable law and shall not affect the enforceability of the remaining provisions. These terms and conditions represent the entire agreement between you and Sapphire Pool & Dayclub.

    • For a party of one, I would recommend our VIP open bar package. It includes luxury transportation to Sapphire and a VIP table on the main floor.     What would be the best package for 3?? We were thinking about the “Daybed option”.. It says package is based on 6 guests, but we are only 3. so is it right that I have to divide the package price by 3? so for example $305 means round about $102 per Person, right?

    Or would you recommend any other option?

    • I would suggest either 3 VIP lounge chairs or a daybed.

      Pricing for the daybed can be divided up between the 3 of them however he wants but the total is the total, which they would still have to pay even though they are just 3 guests and it’s based on 6.

    Are the VIP lounge chairs ($70) first come first served, or can we request and reserve a location? I just want to make sure my wife and I can sit next to each other if we’re not there right at noon before it fills up.
